clothing; this applies in some Islamic countries to restrictions
in the
teaching and other professions." "In other situations
women themselves
desire a from of dress approved by their religion." Since
this U.N.
Study was written, a report in France has recommended a law be
enacted
in France to restrict religious clothing in public schools to preserve
the secular tradition.
