US Federation for Middle East Peace (USFMEP)

US Federation for Middle East Peace (USFMEP) a non-political and non-profit NGO accredited with United Nations ECOSOC and associated with the UN Department of Public Information. US Federation for Middle East Peace is based in the United States but is international in its scope. We have branches in many parts of the world. The mission of the US Federation for Middle East Peace is to build bridges, facilitate reconciliation, and inspire mutual respect. The organization is dedicated to eradicating stereotyping, exposing human trafficking, supporting the rights of children and empowering women to play a role in the peace process.

USFMEP experience in negotiation and our diplomatic background has been an integral part of our success. It is greatly rewarding to see that our work has, indeed, broken many barriers of misunderstanding and mistrust and built friendships between Westerners and Middle-Easterners. We were the first to implement the initiative of inter-faith dialogue among Muslim, Christian and Jews Women at the United Nations and have received recognition from many organizations and world leaders. It is truly impressive that awards, emails and letters of appreciation pour in to us daily, thanking us for disseminating the true nature of our cultures. We perpetuate the idea that the character of a person is irrespective of birthright and what we have found is that awareness of our common ideals and similarities break down many walls.
