Women wave Turkey's national flags during a rally against recent Kurdish militant attacks on Turkish security forces in Istanbul, Turkey, Sept. 20, 2015. Turkish President Tayyip Erdogan and Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoglu attended the rally with the slogan "millions of people with a single voice against terror" at central Istanbul.

These women, as many of the demonstrators, wore red headbands that eulogised the slain security force members as "martyrs"."Martyrs never die, the homeland cannot be divided," the headbands read.
