IWPR updated its Fact Sheet, “Gender Wage Gap: 2014,” with new data from the U.S. Census Bureau showing that the gender wage ratio improved slightly from 77.6 percent in 2013 to 78.6 percent in 2014, which was not statistically significant. IWPR analysis finds that, if current trends are projected forward, women will not receive equal pay until 2059.
