7th July 2015 - Tertiary responses to violence and abuse for women and young women with disabilities; and

·         what the evidence says about the effectiveness of tertiary responses for women and young women with disabilities.

In this review ANROWS defines tertiary responses as ensuring safety and support for women after violence has occurred. In addition to responding to the immediate safety and support needs of women who have been affected by violence, tertiary responses also aim to minimize the impact of violence and prevent ongoing negative and repeat events associated with it
