Land Rights Indicators in the
Sustainable Development Goals: Inclusive, Feasible, Universal, Outcome-Oriented
and Cross-Cutting - WOMEN
Stakeholders shaping the new
global development agenda have recognized that securing women and men’s rights
to land is a critical and cross-cutting step to achieve a number of the
proposed goals. Targets around women and men’s rights to land were suggested by
the High-Level Panel in its Post-2015 Report and were explicitly included in
each iteration of the Open Working Group reports.
