IBRAHIM INDEX OF AFRICAN GOVERNANCE - ALL AFRICA COUNTRIES - RESOURCE FOR WOMEN & GENDER ADVOCACY

 

The Ibrahim Index of African Governance - IIAG - can be a useful qualitative and quantitative advocacy tool for African women's programs and projects, and noting the four dimensions: Safety & Law, Human Rights, Economic Opportunity and  Human Development. Governance is defined by the Ibrahim Foundation as the provision of the political, social and economic public goods and services that a citizen has the right to expect from her or his state, and that a state has the responsibility to deliver to its citizens.
