195 AgeWatch country report cards cards monitor life expectancy and government progress towards meeting the challenges of population ageing through policies, legislation and social pensions.

These report cards are the foundation of the Global AgeWatch Index which will be launched in 2013.

The Index will monitor the social and economic situation of older people around the world.
