WOMAN: THE WORLD NEEDS YOU, YOU NEED YOU!
I might regret what I am about to say to you.
But I might regret it even more if I don't say it.
What is it costing you to put your wild
true self away
your poet's heart in the closet
your dancing shoes into the hopeless chest
or your paintbrushes in the drawer
or your talking stick on the shelf --- in order to go to work each day?
The
way most of us are living does not reflect the being that we are. This makes me
tear up just thinking about it.
In
my coaching I have such a challenge to be gentle because I want to tell my
clients.... in a loud voice:
STOP DOING THAT JOB and RISK YOUR LIFE TO DO
SOMETHING OF VALUE FOR YOURSELF!!! SOMETHING YOU LOVE.
The world needs you and your visions and more than that...you need you. How
many hours of the day do we spend on something other than what is sacred and
important to us? YOU HAVE A LIFE WORK - we all do.
