CHINA - HELPING WOMEN UNDERSTAND THE
LAW - ACWF
China Women's federations, at all levels, have combined their regular work with law publicity and educational activities. In cooperation with the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, ACWF has conducted various actions, which have involved women's re-employment, and called on relevant departments, in more than 100 cities, to encourage society to pay special attention to women's living conditions and the protection of women's rights. They have also urged society to help women start new careers or find jobs.

Moreover, women's federations, at all levels, established training centers for migrant workers and rural left-behind children (whose parents moved to other cities for work), and gave them necessary guidance on family education.
Through the sending of Internet and mobile phone messages and organizing lectures on family education, they created a new platform to promote and expand publicity and information among parents and their children. In so doing, they helped create a sound legal and social environment for children's healthy growth.
