IANSA publication features 16 testimonies acquired by IANSA of women
survivors of gun violence from a number of different countries. The violence
occurs in various contexts and situations but the one common denominator in all
of these stories is the misuse of guns. The choice of the countries featured is
based on responses from IANSA women, and it is striking to see the similarities
that exist even though the countries in which the armed violence occurs may be
‘worlds apart’."
