Persephone, the Belgium Union of women with a disability or a chronic and disabling disease, has published a new study on violence against women with disabilities. You can download the English translation below. In the report, you will find an overview of the research that already has been done, preventive actions that have been taken and support currently available. It also shows the gaps that still need to be filled in this matter. This brochure is a must for those who want to be active in solving the problem, useful for women with disabilities wanting to protect themselves (preventively) from domestic violence.
