14.9 Violence and Discrimination
(j) Develop and strengthen
partnerships involving Governments, civil society, the media and business
sectors and other relevant actors in the elimination of child pornography
including child pornography transmitted through the media and ICT's, in the protection
of the girl child from related abuses and exploitation, and in training, inter
alia, law enforcers, prosecutors, judges and social workers, as appropriate, in
order to build effective capacities to eradicate child pornography;
