GenderWorks is a two-year project
funded by the European Commission. It explores how and why women in Europe
experience poverty, in order to share learning and influence decision makers
throughout the European Union to design and implement policy that meets both
men's and women's needs. It is being run in the UK by Oxfam, in Austria
by WAVE (Women Against Violence Europe) and in Italy by Lamoro.
The GenderWorks newsletter includes
all the latest news from the project and beyond, details of upcoming events,
useful resources and everything you need to know about our training courses. It
also features a section called Get Involved!, which is all about how you can
participate in the project.
