Pre-Registration deadline: Friday, 1 February 2008. Pre-registration is necessary for ALL. Please return Pre-Registration Form by fax,
e-mail or post, even if your payment will follow.
1. You may pay directly via PayPal (credit cards accepted)
through the NGO/CSW website, www.ngocsw.org.
Otherwise, you may send a check drawn on a US bank, or a money order with your
pre-registration form for full payment in $ U.S. made payable to
NGO/C.S.W./N.Y, P.O. Box 3571, Grand Central Station, New York, NY 10163,
U.S.A. Please indicate your name and the
name of your organization on your check or money order.
