Wed to a 40-year-old man who had two wives and seven children, divorced a year later, Aisha says she has waited for the past three years for another suitor.

“Truly…parents should stop early marriage. I started school but my parents did not allow me to continue and made me marry, a marriage that did not last. Parents should not bring someone to you and force you to marry him.”
