The Mediterranean Institute of Gender Studies [MIGS] welcomes the efforts of the Committee for Refugees of the Cyprus Parliament and the Minister of Interior Neoclis Silikiotis to take measures to reduce the discrimination suffered by the children of displaced women. However, MIGS maintains that the recommended measures fall short of eliminating this discrimination.
