The Center's programs operate on all levels: from the leadership to the grassroots, enabling women to obtain their rights through direct legal assistance to needy women, familiarizing them with their legal rights, providing legal and family counseling and monitoring violations against their rights. The Center also focuses on encouraging and empowering women to participate in political life through a variety of means, from registering them to vote to running for
