WAVE DATABASE

The WAVE Database is an ambitious on-going project. Our aim is to establish a comprehensive database on the most important aspects of combating violence against women. We therefore collect not only contacts to women's support services but also detailed information on prevention measures, basically referring to activities in individual countries but also across borders, particularly in the field of research. Thematically the WAVE Database originally focused on domestic violence/male violence in intimate relationships but has since been expanded to include other forms of violence against women. The WAVE Database is continuously up-dated.

If you have information which you think is relevant to this database, please get in touch with us (office@wave-network.org).
