Summary
During the next three years, the
widows from discriminated countries will tell their own story by videotaping the
stories themselves. Selected widows
will be given video cameras to tape their own stories. These widows will then become recipients
of macroeconomic programs sponsored by World Bank and other organizations. This will be followed by establishing an
internet network connecting widows in their own country accessed through kiosks
that can be shared. Consider
creating a coding mechanism for “illiterates”. The primary purpose of the kiosks
is to provide a platform for the widows to stay connected with other widows,
share information, ideas and provide encouragement.
