Using our friendly querying tool, you can access the data via indicator, country, or by region. You can even download the data in a number of formats, including an Excel worksheet, or a CSV file!

Access the status report on progress towards the MDGs released on 3 July 2006. The report presents the latest assessment on how far we have come, and how far we have to go in reaching the goals, in each of the world’s regions.
Most of the targets set for progress on the Millennium Development Goals are benchmarked for the period 1990 to 2015 – promising clear and measurable improvement on standards prevailing in 1990 by the end of 2015. The chart shows progress up to June 2006, drawing on the latest information from all countries of the world and from the UN family of operational agencies.
MDGInfo is an adaptation of DevInfo, a database system designed for the compilation, dissemination and presentation of development indicators to support governments in their MDG monitoring. The MDG goals and targets are imbedded in the system linked to the 48 MDG indicators in a goal monitoring framework.
MDGInfo has been prepared to accompany the Millennium Development Goals Report 2005 and presents the most up to date country-level statistics available as of spring 2005 for the global monitoring of progress achieved towards the MDGs since 1990.
