We would like to
inform you that manual for peer education “Human Trafficking – Our Response”
that ASTRA created in cooperation with Red Cross of Serbia, is now available in
English. This edition of the manual is a bit changed comparing to the Serbian
version, i.e. it is modified for all readers, no matter which country they live
or work in.
The structure of
the Manual is not changed. First part is applied to analyze the problem of
trafficking in human beings, first of all in children, risk groups, prevention,
useful contacts, etc. Second part is all about peer education, and in the last
part you will find examples for the workshops.
We remind you that
this is first manual of this kind in Serbia. Also, 307 activists from Red Cross
Youth, who were at the ASTRA’s one-day workshops on fight against THB, received
this manual. These young people will share the information acquired at this
workshops with their peers as peer educators in their local communities, having
Peer Education Manual “Human Trafficking – Our Response” at disposal as an
assistive tool.

Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Norway.
