PEACE AND SECURITY: IMPLEMENTING UN SECURITY
COUNCIL RESOLUTION 1325
What are the challenges in implementing the measures set out in SCR 1325 to
ensure the equal participation of women in the prevention and resolution of
conflicts and in peacebuilding? How to identify and establish funding to support
initiatives? Are there existing tools that can be better utilised? What
methodologies can be applied to identify and train women to fulfil the roles
identified in SCR 1325?
