Invitation to FAS’s Conference on Gender, Peace and Security: Capitalizing

10 years of Women’s Experience” and General Assembly, Bamako 12- 15 June 2006

 

On behalf of Femmes Africa Solidarité, I would like to invite you to participate in FAS’s Conference on “Gender, Peace and Security: Capitalizing 10 years of Women’s Experience” and General Assembly which will take place in Bamako, Mali from 12 - 15 June 2006.

 

The Conference will provide the opportunity to launch an evaluation study on the “Women’s Peace Movement in Africa”, a study on 10 years of practice towards peace and security building as well as monitoring and evaluation tools, Case Studies and the Leadership Bank developed as part of this study.
